KEC Small hydraulic NC press brake WC67Y30T/1600 metal sheet bending machine

SMALL HYDRAULIC PRESS BRAKE NC SERIES
Generalcharacteristics apply to all KEC/yaduan hydraulic press brake series:
High mechanical strength and great rigidityis due to integrated welded steel structure.
Hydraulic powered system is to realizeprecise working power, easy and safe operating.
Pre-installed press brake punches with 88° angle and solid block lower die with four face multi “V” frame.
Fast changing press brake punch holders are applied to all KEC press brakes.

Back gauge is equipped with Euro-made ballscrew and slick rod for fast and precise back gauge transmission.
Finger pin for flexible and precise positioningof back gauge can be adjusted up and down as per needs.
Steel/nylon front supporting arms are equippedto transfer workpieces.
KEC has the capability providing customizedtools(blades & molds) for users' special requirements.

Furtherdevices besides NC servo system can be equipped:
NC servo system, fitted with 100program-memory(25 sequences per progr.),controls hydraulic system and themovement of back gauge
to achieve efficient and highly precise positioning.
Safety device with light/laser guards thefingers well.
Deflection compensation system controlledby NC system beneath the work table is for more precise bending results.

A:For stocks, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the depositpayment.The lead times become effective upon deposit receipt. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, We could arrange special urgent production so to catch our deadline. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to manage quick delivery.
